What this model assumes
- The director is already paid. Salary is a cost line. That's why many small clubs show a loss.
- Coaches are paid for contact hours only. Nobody is paid for scheduling, parent emails or the drive.
- Every rostered player pays full dues. No scholarships, sibling discounts or bad debt.
- Gym time is rented by the hour. A club that owns its building trades this line for debt service.
- Gear is entered as margin, not turnover. Enter zero if you pass gear through at cost.
- Travel fees are the club's, not the family's whole travel bill. Hotels, flights and food that families book themselves never touch these books.
- The entry fee is the club's cost. Lodging and the gate are in the tournament weekend calculator.
- One year, no attrition. Nobody leaves in February. The most optimistic line here.
